- You must be 18+ and have the right to use every photo you upload.
- Everyone in the photos must know about the video and be okay with it.
- We make an AI-generated video from your photos. It will look stylized, and results vary.
- You own your photos and can use your finished video however you like for personal purposes.
- If you don't love it, we redo it once for free or refund you. See the Refund & Redo Policy.
About these terms
These terms are a contract between you and LoveMotion for the personalized video service at this website. By placing an order you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
You upload photos, tag them, choose a style and package, and pay. We produce a short animated video from those photos using AI tools and human review, and deliver it by private download link.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old. LoveMotion is for adults and the adults in their lives. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18. Orders that do will be cancelled and refunded.
Your photos and permissions
You confirm that you took the photos or have permission from whoever did, and that every person shown knows about the video and is okay with appearing in it. You are responsible for that consent. If a person shown asks us to remove a video, we will, and no refund is owed in that case.
What we won't make
- Anything involving minors.
- Sexual, violent, hateful, or harassing content.
- Videos of public figures, or of people who have not agreed to appear.
- Content that uses trademarked characters, logos, or copyrighted music you do not have rights to.
We may cancel and refund any order that we believe breaks these rules.
AI-generated results
Videos are generated by AI from your photos. The style is intentionally stylized, and small details (hands, backgrounds, text) can be imperfect. Likeness will be recognizable but not photographic. This is the nature of the product, not a defect, though our happiness guarantee still applies if you are not satisfied.
Delivery times
We aim to send your characters within about 20 minutes of your upload completing (10 minutes with Priority), your storyboard within about 2 hours of your approving them (30 minutes with Priority) and your film within 24 hours of storyboard approval (6 hours with Priority). These are targets, not guarantees. If we are running late we will email you. If a Priority order arrives after its window, the Priority fee is refunded. If you do not respond to your storyboard within 24 hours, it is approved automatically.
Revisions
Before you approve the storyboard, character changes are free and unlimited within reason, and each storyboard scene can be redone 3 times for free. Changing a character redraws every scene they appear in and does not use those scene redos. After delivery, each film includes the number of scene redos listed on the pricing page (1 for a 1-minute film, 2 for a 90-second film, plus 3 with the Extra redos add-on). A redo is a re-render of a scene with your requested change. It is not a new set of photos, new moments, or a change of length.
Who owns what
You keep all rights to your photos. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide license to use your finished video for any personal, non-commercial purpose: share it, post it, play it at your wedding. We keep ownership of our characters, styles, tools, and templates. We do not use your video or photos in our marketing without your written permission.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.

Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and disputes will be resolved in its courts, unless the law where you live gives you protections that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one posted when you place your order.
